The popular Squires Café, located near Newthorpe on the edge of Leeds, is set for a weekend of motorcycle test rides and displays when Suzuki brings its demo fleet to the venue on the weekend of 26-27 April.
The historic Japanese brand will be bringing a fleet of test ride bikes for visitors to experience over the course of the weekend, along with its purpose-built events unit.
Running from 0900 to 1700, visitors to the café can enjoy an hour-long test ride on a number of new Suzuki models, from the legendary Hayabusa – which redefined the hyperbike segment when it was first launched in 1999 – to the award-winning GSX-8R and GSX-8S, with many other models available to demo over the course of the weekend.
Refreshments will be available all day, and staff from Suzuki will be on hand to answer all questions and provide information on the current range of offers, which includes 0% APR finance on a number of models.
The weekend marks just the second in a series of nationwide test ride events, that will see Suzuki visit a number of cafés over the spring and summer months.
Suzuki GB’s motorcycle marketing manager, Jak Tyrrell, commented, “We’re looking forward to basing ourselves at the famous Squires Café for two days, with plenty of bikes available to test ride for those that turn up over the weekend. It’s a good chance for riders to try a new Suzuki, and it’s good for us to spend two days chatting to fellow likeminded motorcyclists in the spring sunshine.”
Motorcyclists wishing to take a test ride when Suzuki visits Squires Café next month need to possess a category A licence, provide Suzuki staff with a DVLA check code on the day, and provide their own riding kit.
Squires Cafe can be found on Newthorpe Lane, Newthorpe, Leeds, LS25 5LX
