Three UK debuts for Suzuki at Motorcycle Live

Fresh from a year of celebrations in 2010, when Suzuki marked 25 years of the iconic GSX-R range and its 50th anniversary of International racing, 2011 sees the Japanese manufacturer look to the future, with no-less than three brand-new cutting edge models, all making their UK debut at Carole Nash Motorcycle Live.

For those that enjoyed last year’s GSX-R anniversary, 2011 will offer more excitement as the all-new GSX-R600 and GSX-R750s arrive. With MotoGP technology employed throughout the development process, the new GSX-R600 comes back lighter and stronger, shedding an amazing 9kg with improved performance, while the GSX-R750 benefits from similar development, providing the perfect blend of power and agility.

Revised from the ground-up and boasting an all-new chassis that’s now lighter and shorter, the new GSX-R600 offers enhanced agility thanks to the adoption of Showa Big Piston Forks as standard, with immense stopping power courtesy of new Brembo Monoblock calipers. With the GSX-R750 offering mirrored chassis changes but more road-focused, 2011 looks to bring enthusiasts the strongest GSX-R range ever.

For riders looking for a more street-bias approach to motorcycling, the GSR750 could well be it. Also making its UK debut at Motorcycle Live, Suzuki’s latest middleweight combines state-of-the-art and edgy styling with the world-renowned GSX-R750 powerplant revised for more low-mid range performance. With a unique chassis that incorporates the best of a compact tubular steel frame with the pinpoint accuracy of a twin-spar sports bikes and well-equipped KAYABA suspension, the GSR750 offers riders superb real-world sporting ability.

As well as the very latest models debuting at Motorcycle Live, Suzuki will display its entire 2011 line-up, including the full off-road range that offers the mighty RM-Z450 along with the popular MX2 contender – the fuel-injected RM-Z250.

For those keen to start on the road to motorcycle freedom, Suzuki’s learner legal range offers new riders a great incentive to ‘Get On’. Whether you long for the open road, want to cruise the city in style or just fancy twisting the bends, Suzuki has a bike to suit, with great offers to get you on the road that bit easier.

And for those that want their fix of adrenalin while at Motorcycle Live, then head across to Suzuki’s Off-Road Experience in Hall 2, where anyone from the age of six plus can try their hand at off-road on a fleet of Suzuki off-roaders.

While Suzuki’s main exhibition area will be the place to see the new bikes up-close and personal and meet some of the brand’s big racing stars, a quick walk following the unique road markings and signs will see you arrive at the official Parts and Accessory exhibition stand, where customers can not only browse and buy the very latest Suzuki clothing lines, but also check on parts availability at the dedicated counter.

And when all this excitement becomes just too much, show-goers can claim a complimentary refreshment in the Suzuki hospitality area.
