Already described as one of the best value bikes in Britain, Suzuki GB has added another string to the Bandit 1200’s versatile bow with the introduction of a new grand touring model – The Bandit 1200GT.

Aimed at globetrotters on a budget, the Bandit 1200GT features the same value busting specification of the 2006 Bandit 1200S, including ABS as standard with Suzuki’s own luggage system, comprising of a detachable 49-litre top box, quick release hard panniers and a belly pan.

A self confessed Bandit fan, Suzuki GB’s sales and marketing director Nick Palmer was pleased to announce the launch of the new UK specific bike, commenting, "I personally use a Bandit 1200 as my preferred daily steed around the UK and know how competent this bike is at mile munching in all conditions. With the additional specification of the GT and its recommended retail price of £5,999 on the road, the Bandit 1200GT offers touring practicality and comfort for the price of a low capacity budget commuter bike".

The Bandit 1200GT is available now but in limited numbers from all authorised UK Suzuki dealers.
